O Espírito Santo em Atos 2: um estudo sobre a natureza e o propósito do Pentecostes

The question of the nature and purpose of the action of the Holy Spirit in the context of Acts 2 are discussed in this article to promote a proper understanding of the topic, developing a study on "Pentecost" in view of the Old Testament in line with the approach of the New Testament describing the fulfillment of prophecy in their contexts and remote neighbor; aspects of the Church and its mission, including factors about the birth of the New Testament church is emphasizing the missionary perspective of Pentecost. Such referendums explicit the sovereign action of the Spirit, as an action character unique and universal, in order to clarify the representation of languages, wind and fire as symbols of divine power of the Holy Spirit.
