A concepção de Estado no pensamento de Edith Stein

The purpose of this paper is a reflection on the concept of state in Edith Stein to understand what your thinking, among other things, leads to a conception of state requirements applicable to our time as well as the feasibility of a concept that expands some others treated by authors such as Machiavelli, Hobbes and Hegel. These were taken because they are evident in the understanding and training of the very concept of State and their viability. However, these authors were referenced to arrive at the concept proposed by Edith Stein. After all, the author does not present a new and innovative concept of state, but it presents a new perspective. Throughout the text, we present some concepts of State, related to the authors discussed and the dimensions chosen from the proposal for consideration. Therefore, it is recognized that the validity of the state is in the human condition to drive it, initially for the individual, but its essence lies in the realization of the community.
