Abstract

This article sets out to analysis the relation between Ethics and Society according to Henrique Claudio de Lima Vaz. There are two topics. The first topic talks about the criticism analysis of modern autonomous praxis in yours nature and human relations. The individualism and the mechanic relations that characterize the present society motive the Brazilian philosopher to reflect about the ethics criterions in the common life. The second topic talks about the new rationality to the social praxis, or the relation between ethics and politics. Lima Vaz remembers the classics presuppositions of the Justice (díke) and Droit (díkaion) and through of the dialectic, he raises qualitatively the concept of the society for ethics level in which human dignity is universally known.
