Contemplação e felicidade na teologia de Aristóteles
Keywords:
One. Light. Contemplation. Happiness.Abstract
In platononism and in neoplatonism contemplation is seen as human activity by excellence. Its goal is the intelligible world, seen in its great hierarchical order: One–Inteligence–Soul. This contemplation is deeply connected to mistical experience, wherein, although for moments, the limits of the sensitive world are dissolved. Mankind finds its happiness in contermplation. The Theology of Pseudo-Aristotle develops the theme of contemplation and happiness in the perspective of Plotinus’ Enneads (IV-V-VI), offering some new perspectives, for example the union between contemplation and liberty.
