O sacramento da ordem segundo a “Constituição Divina” da Igreja
Keywords:
Ordained ministry. Transmission of faith. Women’s ordain.Abstract
The ordinate ministry on Church is the institutional expression and, in last consequence, “imperdible” (Vat II, LG 27,2) because, not only for each singular faithful, “faith comes from hearing” (Rm 10, 17), but also that the community as a totality doesn’t produce the faith by themselves, but yes, receive it transmitted. The ordinate ministries act “in persona Christi capitis” (PO 2,31) in face of the community as a totality; however, each singular faithful, in the faith’s transmission, ever acts also “in persona Christi”. The truth of the message for being transmitted doesn’t depend of conditions as the gender of the announcer. As faith affirmations only are considered affirmations that permit being understood as autocommunication of God, the affirmation that women can’t be ordained priest can’t be understood of this way; then, it’s right that it can’t be reclaimed infallibility for this affirmation.
