Da ética antropocêntrica à ética socioambiental: direito da terra. Ecologia democrática e ecologia integral

Abstract

The rescue of human being and of the Earth planet through fundamental Anthropology, articulated by an ethics of difference in searching of a new humanism and of an integral ecology. The mankind needs to be seen in his integrity that consists in a dialectic relation in his integrity that consists in a dialectic relation in his structure: body, mind and spirit, as also in his relations of subjectivity, objectivity and transcendence. This new configuration implies in a unity between nature and human being, avoiding the danger of falling in the reductionisms that prior or anthropocentrism or naturalism. The fundamental comprehension of reality is anthropologic and ecologic that is going to demand new paradigmata and new attitudes in face of the crisis of actual humanity that changed human being by marked and nature became object of exploration again. In the past the mankind worried more with the wisdom, with the search of the truth. Nowadays, in face of the world ecologic crisis, the great question is: how we must live? How to relation with Earth for preserving, not menacing her and warrant our own life and existence of all other beings who live on Earth? The reflection about desirable sustenance will be the new referential, and the social and environ responsibility will be the new practice that implies in new ethic postures.
