Regarding contemporary society as defective in relation to his member ́s freedom, we ́ll show a critical vew of him, in the Benedictus Spinoza ́s ethical perspective. In beginning we ́ll analyze society, starting from the term “degradation”. Following analyzing the conditions that present-day society can offer in relation to his members freedom. Last, understanding Spinoza ́s ethics as freedom ́s power.
