Abstract

Nelle sue caratteristiche più generali l’insegnamento di Giovanni Paolo II riguardo alla persona dello Spirito Santo risponde ad almeno tre principi fondamentali raccolti dai Padri del Vaticanum II e vissuti fortemente dalla Chiesa cattolica nel periodo postconciliare: urgenza del rinnovamento teologico, sviluppo dell’ecumenismo e prospettiva della fine del secondo millennio del cristianesimo e avvicinamento del terzo.
