Discernimento moral sobre a guerra contra o Iraque no contexto da globalização

This study is about the preventive war against Iraq, started in March 2003. We present firstly the historical situation which one set off the war. The moral judgement about this preventive war is elaborated on the principles of the Theory of the Just War, as well as on Pope John Paul II Teaching. At the end, we present our view, considering that, although the assertions of this war may be included in the new context against terrorism, our study is connected with the specific conflict of one State against another.
