The food and the action of eating plows present themes in the history from the man's creation, what motivated us to the reflections concerning the feeding and of the “to eat well” starting from the reading that travel the references of the sociology, of the anthropology and of the gastronomy. The representations of feeding present different connotations in diverse partner-cultural contexts, characterizing a process that identifies the people, their habits and their history.
