Ética e metafísica no pensamento de Emanuel Levinas
Keywords:
Metaphysics. Intersubjectivity. Totality. Infinite. Other.Abstract
Starting from a critical understanding of the western philosophical tradition Levinas retakes the problem of Ethics, however he doesn’t do it only based on Metaphysics, but by identifying Ethics and metaphysics, attributing it the statute of prima philosophia. This author states Metaphysics and Ethics as identical concepts in measure as he transposes the term metaphysics to the intersubjective relations such as transcendence and not such as objectivity.
