The article discusses the link between ethics and language in the Tractatus logico-philosophicus (TLP) having as support the writings that had preceded them and determined its composition. The article also evaluates the unfolding of this conception of the first philosophy of Wittgenstein's successive thought. On to show the deep unit between logic and ethics in the TLP is demanded with Wittgenstein that the ethics reflection is not marginal but constitute the deeper sense of his book deliberating it, of a neo-positivist boarding. Superpassed the dichotomy between logic and ethics, established that the last one is an activity correlated to the metaphysic citizen that becomes one condition of the world, are ranks in relief some characters of TLP's ethics from which if infers the possibility of a boarding of ethics dimensions' language. If the logic of the language is extremely connected with the ethics, so the act of speaking characterizes as a moral attitude, an emplacement of the speaking front of the world and with other making responsible it whit the things that he says.
